Arduino Spot Welder V3 Case Kit

What you get:

• 3d printed case and rotary encoder knob (material: silver and black PLA)
• 40x40x10mm 12V fan
• 4pcs M3x30 screws
• 6pcs M3 nuts

PLEASE NOTE: This case kit does only fit for the V3 Welder. For V4 you need the V4 case kit.

To mount the Spot Welder in the case to a Lipo battery you also need a XT90 adapter or extension cable or make one yourself. To mount it directly to the car battery no extra cable is necessary.

This case comes as a kit. The assembled version in some of the pictures is only for reference. Please do not use the case without the fan because the Spot Welder could get to hot.

If you have access to a 3d printer you can also print the case yourself. The STL Files are available on thingiverse.

Build Options:

There are 2 possibilities to assemble the case. Detailed instructions for this are in the assembly instruction.

1. Use just the 2 big case parts to mount the Spot Welder directly to the car battery terminal

2. Use all 3 case parts to get a fully enclosed case and use a XT90 adpter or extension cable to connect the Spot Welder to a Lipo battery.
