Arduino Spot Welder V4 Case Kit

What you get:

• 3d printed case and rotary encoder knob (material: grey and black PLA)
• 30x30x10mm 12V fan
• 4pcs M3x16 screws
• 2pcs M5x10mm screws
• 2pcs M5 nuts
• 2pcs M5 washers
• 2pcs M5 brass washers

PLEASE NOTE: This case kit does only fit for the V4 Welder. For V3 you need the V3 case kit.

This case comes as a kit. The assembled version in some of the pictures is only for reference. Please do not use the case without the fan because the Spot Welder could get to hot.

If you have access to a 3d printer you can also print the case yourself. The STL Files are available on thingiverse.

Build Options:

There are 2 possibilities to use the case.

(NOTE: The welding cable you see in the pictures is NOT included in the case kit)

1. For Lipo Battery – in addition to the case kit you need the XT90 adapter cable

2. For Car Battery – in addition to the case kit you need the battery extension cable and battery terminals
