Does it weld through 4 Layers of Nickelstrips? At what settings?
No it does not. The current would become weaker through every layer of nickel strip, so that you got the top ones almost melted and the bottom strips barely welded.
But you can weld one strip at a time. Then the next one on top of it. And so on.
