Prices, Shipping Costs and Delivery Information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and all other price components. If you view the shop from a country outside the EU prices will be displayed without VAT. Taxes are estimated and will be updated during checkout based on your billing and shipping information.

We deliver globally.

In addition to the stated product prices we charge shipping costs for the delivery in germany and worlwide which are dependent on the weight of your order. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping basket and on the checkout page. Shipping costs in the following list are shown without VAT (except for Germany) because the VAT rate is different in every country.

USPS Shipping to the United States

The US mainland we can offer USPS shipping which is a bit faster as registered priority mail. This method will take about 10 – 20 days total delivery time. USPS shipping is NOT possible to Puerto Rico,Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and American Virgin Islands. For this destinations please choose “registered priority mail” or “express” shipping.

Since the USPS parcels are forwarded to the US by DHL first, the tracking information will be available once the parcel is handed over to USPS in the US. This takes about one week. Please dont worry if tracking does not work right after the order is shipped.

Cost for USPS shipping:

  • 0 -1000g: 19 €
  • 1001-2000g: 25 €

 

Express shipping

Cost for express shipping is usually between 20 – 80 €. The cost will be shown to you in the shopping basket once you selected your country. If it shows you 80 € shipping cost in the shopping cart during checkout please write a message to email support for the real shipping cost to your country because express shipping rates change almost daily we dont have them implemented for every country in the world. There might be a cheaper possibility available.

 

Note about orders over 2000g total weight:

If you want an order with a total weight above 2000g shipped to a country outside the EU, then please send us an email before ordering (info@malectrics.eu) and tell us the product/products with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you, if we can ship a total order weight above 2000g to the desired country and – should a delivery to the desired delivery address be possible – about the shipping costs. This is necessary because we have to ask our shipping partner for the possible shipping method and the cost in advance.

Worldwide:

  • to most countries in Europe and USA  7-14 working days,
  • other parts of the world 14-30 working days.
  • Express: 1-3 working days

 

If not stated other on the product pages, when payment is done with PayPal we ship at the next business day or when payment is done by bank transfer we ship the next business day after the day the payment has been received.

Die auf den Produktseiten genannten Preise enthalten die Mehrwertsteuer und alle sonstigen Preisbestandteile. Rufen sie die Webseite von einem Land außerhalb der EU auf werden die Preise ohne Mehrwertsteuer angezeigt. Die Steuern werden geschätzt und werden beim Check-out basierend auf Ihren Rechnungs- und Versandinformationen aktualisiert.

Wir liefern weltweit.

Zusätzlich zu den angegebenen Produktpreisen berechnen wir für die Lieferung innerhalb Deutschlands und weltweit Versandkosten abhängig vom Gewicht. Die Versandkosten werden Ihnen im Warenkorbsystem und auf der Bestellseite nochmals deutlich mitgeteilt.

USPS Versand in die USA

Zum USA Festland können wir USPS-Versand anbieten, der etwas schneller ist als “priority registered mail”. Bei dieser Methode beträgt die Gesamtlieferzeit etwa 10 bis 20 Tage. USPS-Versand nach Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam und den Amerikanischen Jungferninseln ist NICHT möglich. Für diese Ziele wählen Sie bitte „priority registered mail“ oder „Express“ Versand.

Da die USPS-Pakete zunächst von DHL in die USA weitergeleitet werden, sind die Tracking-Informationen verfügbar, sobald das Paket an USPS in den USA übergeben wird. Dies dauert etwa eine Woche. Bitte machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, wenn die Sendungsverfolgung direkt nach dem Versand der Bestellung noch nicht funktioniert.

Kosten für den USPS-Versand:

0 -1000g: 19 €
1001-2000g: 25 €

 

Expressversand

Die Kosten für den Expressversand liegen in der Regel zwischen 20 und 80 €.
Die Kosten werden Ihnen im Warenkorb angezeigt, sobald Sie Ihr Land ausgewählt haben. Wenn im Warenkorb während des Bezahlvorgangs Versandkosten in Höhe von 80 € angezeigt werden, schreiben Sie bitte eine Nachricht an den E-Mail-Support, um die tatsächlichen Versandkosten in Ihr Land zu erfahren. Da sich die Versandkosten für Expressversand fast täglich ändern, haben wir sie nicht für jedes Land der Welt im Shop implementiert. Möglicherweise gibt es eine günstigere Möglichkeit.

Sollten Sie den Versand einer Bestellung über 2000g in ein Land außerhalb der EU wünschen, dann schreiben Sie uns bitte vor einer Bestellung eine Email (info@malectrics.eu) und nennen Sie uns bitte den/die Artikel mit der Menge und der Lieferadresse mit dem Land und der entsprechenden Postleitzahl. Wir werden Ihnen dann kurzfristig mitteilen, ob wir auch in das gewünschte Land über 2000g versenden können und Ihnen – sollte eine Lieferung an die gewünschte Lieferadresse möglich sein – die Versandkosten mitteilen, da wir die Versandmöglichkeit und die Kosten vorab bei unserem Versandpartner erfragen müssen.
